• All art I create is done with my own two hands and heart.  If my heart is not in the drawing, it feels disingenuous to create such a drawing.  Because of this, I reserve the right to decline an order for a commission for any reason. Though this rarely comes up, please understand that some content I may not agree with or be comfortable with creating, and may decline.  This includes, but is not limited to: explicit/adult content, curse  or swear words, political or inappropriate symbols, religious content (other than my own), and any flags other than most national or state flags.  All these things listed are up to my interpretation.

• Any art I create is still my own, but you have full rights to it!  Feel free to use it as you wish, even for selling merch. If you prefer I not share it publicly on any of my sites, let me know!  Please disclose if you are a larger company and  intend to use the art for commercial use.

•  If you need to cancel, please let me know ASAP so we can work something out!  I cannot offer a deposit refund after I've completed at least 75% of the artwork.

• NFT - Please let me know if you intend to use the work as an NFT (None fungible token).  None of my work, commissioned or otherwise, is to be used as an NFT unless discussed.  As of now, If you find an NFT of my work, it is

 fraudulent.
